here's my tip of the day...
NEVER EVER drink REDLINE energy drink! that's correct, not even half. and next tip don't over eat.
so today i was VERY sluggish. In turn I felt like a loser for accomplishing absolutely nothing. well, word has leaked out onto the streets about this NEW and IMPROVED energy drink called Red Line. so, i didn't make my usual run to starbucks...oh no, i had to have better...
that's why i am still up at 6 am. so i've already watched TWO movies, and then at 5:30 i was lying in bed staring at the ceiling and thot hmmm, what to do, what to do...so i turn my light back on and ask my dog Destiny. She replies, "SHipleys sounds great"...so off we go to shipleys...
ENERGY DRINKS! have you noticed they are all getting BIGGER? i mean some of them are hilariously large...(take a look next time you're at the gas station) why? BECAUSE THEY DON"T WORK. well maybe for a wee little while...i've drunk all kinds and i have discovered, due to all those late nights or early mornings of driving all across this country to come do shows for you all, when i really NEEDED something to keep my eyes open, i was building up an immunity to them. :) oh, all except Red Line...
So i hereby have decided i'm kickin the coffee and energy drinks. they're all expensive and OVER RATED!
on a side note, i have also hereby concluded that the IDEA of the doughnut is actually far better than the actually doughnut experience...i got 2 glazed n an apple fritter. Des had one on her own...but! i now feel sick.
so there you have it. my tip of the day:)

I know you are very busy but I would love to be updated if at all possible to how your mother is doing and feeling and if she has plenty of help. I was hoping to come down and stay with mom after alaska but I have to get Kelly back home to Lee. I don't have your new number so call me with it 214-546-0023. Oh by the way I stay away from energy drinks. Sincerely, your cousin

hooray! hooray! i'm so proud of you! energy drinks are so bad for you anyways=] what helps me stay awake when i'm super tired(although, that probably doesn't even compare to how tired you are)is drinking super ice cold water. and it's healthy. try it.
and donuts are pretty good, but after you eat them, you just feel extra fat, as if you've gained 10 pounds in one morning and then very lazy. waffles are waaaaay better. ha. with bananas on them. yumm. so anyways. that's it.

I say kick the energy drinks, kick the Starbucks but keep the non-starbucks coffee!
I've been having dutch coffee lately, its so strong, and so good.
One time I tried to run a cross country race, I only did it to get out of school even though i'm a pitiful runner. I got all prepared and downed a Red Bull, thinking I would be thrusted into a sprint...sadly I still came in near the end, and felt worse from the drink.
Enough said:)

aww! poor sawa! dude...that sucks! but at least you know now...and you won't like...chug one of those things before a show and then pass out or something. YIKES.
yay for no more coffee/energy drinks. know what? if i have even a little bit of ANY of that stuff...i pretty much DIE. so i've gotten used to life with NO caffeine. and it's really NOT that bad! you can sooooo do it! :)
lol. love you! thanks for the tips. i'm glad destiny knew what to do in time of crisis.
xoxo

You poor thing.
Sorry to hear about that.
I mostly agree with you,
but more specifically:
1. Energy Drinks = bad
2. RedLine = very bad
3. Donuts + Coffee = good
4. Donuts + Energy Drink + Over Eating = very bad
5. Starbucks = overrated
6. Up past 6am = bad
7. Destiny eating a Donut = priceless
Anyways, be blessed and have a
great week anyway, Sara!
