so i will be finishing up some details on my photo site, and will give you all the link, but until then, here is a sneak peek! these are a few photos from a couple photo shoots i've done a couple weeks ago. it has been fun thinking of creative things to do for the shoots! i still like getting my picture taken the most though :) but its really fun taking pictures as well. i really had a blast on these two shoots! these cats were a lot of fun to work with which made it really fun! i know these aren't really big photos but on the site you will be able to see them better :)

so i took my mom to the beach yesterday!!! She's been going through a lot n i wanted to take her away from it all! please pray for her, she is still doing radiation and has a few more weeks to go...she has radiation 5 days on 2 days off...anyway, i wanted to take her out to have a little fun. we had a BLAST! i have realized my new hobby is going to the beach with my dog and running with her in the water until we cant catch our breath...she has so much fun and its just a blast! its crazy how popular she has been at the beach. people love her and want to talk about dogs :) its funny. she's the galveston diva

my apologies for not getting the store up yet. i added all the items but decided to launch it next friday. i want to get the word out about it as much as possible before i launch it.

just wanted to let you all know :) i'm trying to build the anticipation here :)

here's a couple photos of what i'm selling maybe it will stir your interest just a lil to visit the store. i did the photoshoot myself, just set up some lights, camera, and set the timer. was fun :) anyway, hope it will be entertaining at least some pics can make you all laugh. i put the one of me working out on here and mowing my grass so you all can see how you can be a fashion icon when you wear these clothes to do things like working out :) kidding. hope it makes you all smile :)

here's some new artwork. u can check it out on our store if ya like.

the pink ribbon painting was inspired by my mom. i wanted to make something that would be an encouragement to women battling this sort of cancer. i just painted the ribbon at first but wanted to put verses all over it so everytime they saw it, that it would breathe strength and hope into their soul.

the other is just an abstract expression.

well i have been doing a few photo shoots on the side for cash lately during some days off. i will post a link soon so you all can check out the pics i'm taking. and if you ever need someone to shoot for you, i will set down my mic for a day and pick up my camera! :) it's been really fun thinking of creative ideas for the shoots and just doing them. the first one was with my hair dresser...we just went with it! was a blast! she's great

I had an incredible day yesterday. I got up early, and me and my dog went to the beach. Yes, I love the beach, but I went to find God. I hear He lives there. I think it's true. It seems every time I go there, I always find Him...although, I'm quite certain it isn't because of the physical location as much as the genuine pursuit to get away, with the sole purpose of hearing Him.

As I sat facing the beach, the melody of crashing waves did His majesty far more justice than the voices of any human choir. I think it's because they have known Him since the beginning of time, and have the ability to praise Him in a way only they can...so beautiful, and peaceful...

I say all that to encourage you this morning. If you feel too far, too lost, without even the faintest desire to seek Him at all, for fear you will walk away the same, I encourage you to RUN AWAY! Go to the park, the beach, the mountains, anywhere, just GET OUT! Sure, I know you have a million things to do, and you may not "feel" like it, but GO! I promise that no matter how far you feel, you will find He is much closer than you realize. He promises that if you "seek Him, you will find Him".

Just as gravity is a law that will not change, so God himself has set this law into place, and promises us that if we truly make an effort to seek Him, we will find Him. Maybe you don't even feel like praying. Just take your Bible, and a journal. Write your heart to God. Write your prayer...tell him how you feel, ask Him for His heart...He will meet you there...

I love this verse because it says, no matter how hard our hearts are, we are never too far gone. We must simply ask.

Ezekiel 36:26-27
" A new heart will I give you and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statues..."

Love you all and pray that God enlightens you today and gives you peace. He loves you so much, that's why He had me write this entry...because He knew you would be reading these words RIGHT now...He wants to meet you, run to Him. Run away.



This is Me and Des after a long day at the beach. She was so awesome. We'd chase the waves and hurdle them like they we were conquering the world :) was awesome :)

i went to a fashion show the other day and theses two little girls performed a dance. i took a couple pics, and even though this isnt a great quality pic, it says so much to me...as girls, we are born into a beauty pageant of sorts, whether we want to be or not...it's nuts...i can't explain the depth of what i'm saying but hopefully the pic can say it for me... :)
